What is WorldXChain?
WorldXChain (WXC) is a decentralized supply-chain network connecting global manufacturers directly to consumers. Payment settles in USDC on-chain; rewards are paid in AC tokens; and a federated mesh of regional dealers handles local marketing, last-mile delivery, and after-sales.
What is M2C and how is it different from B2C?
M2C means Manufacturer-to-Consumer. We remove every layer of middleman between the factory and the end-buyer. Settlement, marketing-attribution, and after-sales are all coordinated on-chain instead of through wholesalers, distributors, and traditional sales teams.
How does USDC settlement work?
When a consumer pays in USDC, the merchant receives funds in seconds — not in 30–90 days. Goods ownership stays with the merchant until the order ships from a WXC warehouse, after which the regional dealer handles delivery.
What are AC reward tokens?
AC tokens are the on-chain reward currency of WorldXChain. Consumers earn AC on every purchase; the labor and marketing budget the system saves by removing middlemen is recycled into AC rewards. AC can appreciate in value and be traded.
How does a Regional Dealer earn?
WXC Regional Dealers earn 3% AC of every transaction processed in their assigned region. They are responsible for local promotion, last-2-km delivery via partners like UPS/USPS, and after-sales support.
What does it cost a manufacturer to join?
Manufacturers receive 15% AC on the value of every transaction. Manufacturer referrals earn an additional 4% AC. Joining requires verification, a product catalog upload, and integration with the WXC settlement layer.
Can a Chinese factory participate?
Yes. A common pattern is to set up an exporting subsidiary in Hong Kong; the subsidiary connects to the WXC platform for sale into global markets. This is fully compliant with current cross-border trade regulations.
Where can I store inventory?
WXC operates warehouses across 19 US states and growing, with short-term flexible leases (as short as one month). Each facility has advanced security, port access, and turnkey fulfilment infrastructure.
